Alumni Meet 2023-2024 Day & Date: Saturday, 17th February 2024 Time: 6:00 p.m. Venue: Auditorium An Alumni Meet was conducted on 17th February, 2024 for the academic year 2023-24. A total of 174 Alumni registered for the event. The programme started with a short speech by our principal Dr. Ashfaq Khan motivating the Alumni to excel in their careers while maintaining high morals. This was followed by a presentation by Alumni Committee Convenor, Mrs. Rafat Khan. She explained the activities carried out by the committee and explained them how they can contribute to the development of the current students, other aluni and the college at large through workshops, sessions, placement assistance, internships and scholarships. The IQAC Coordinator and Alumni Committee Member, Mrs. Mariyah Ghori, invited the Alumni for the NACC-Alumni interaction which is scheduled during the NACC peer team visit. An arrangement of indoor and outdoor games such as table tennis, carrom, chess and badminton was arranged in the quadrangle which was very well used by the Alumni. There were a number of performances by Alumni and current students alike. Alumni Saddam(Bcom-2012 batch) and Mohammad Riyaz (BA 2012 batch) gave some mesmerizing singing performances. Our current students performed a melodious singing taking the Alumni down the memory lane. Followed by heart warming and thoroughly entertaining urdu poetry by our Alumnus Shizan (BscIT 2023 Batch) and a ghazal performance by our current student Raza from TYBScIT. This was followed by informal interaction with teachers and dinner. The event was organized in such a manner that it was fun filled as well as the message of giving back to the college was conveyed clearly. Some alumni came up to express how they can contribute to the college. The alumni thanked the committee for organizing the event and left with a smile on their faces.
